UBS was established on Dec. 2003 to handling of registration, Survey, Audit and issuance of all technical certificates on behalf of FLAG OF CONVENIENCE (F.O.C.) . Specially, UBS was authorized as RECOGNIZED ORGANIZATION (R.O.) and RECOGNIZED SECURITY ORGANIZATION (R.S.O.) by International Ship Registry of Cambodia (ISROC).

        联合船籍社成立于2003年12月份，办理注册，船舶检验，审核以及颁发所有的技术证书。特别指出的是，联合船籍株式会社是被柬埔寨登记局直接授权的两个单位（GMB，UBS）之一。
